at The Presbyterian Church of the Moriches
FREE ADMISSION FOR PUBLIC
We of the Presbyterian Church of the Moriches are pleased to be offering you the opportunity to participate in our Second
Annual Quality Crafts and Collectibles Fair. We are seeking vendors of handmade Craft items, Jewelry, Quality Vintage and
Antique Collectibles, and Natural Products.
DATE: Saturday, September 16, 2017 TIME: 10AM to 4PM
LOCATION: 263 Main St., Center Moriches, N.Y. 11934 (Corner of Montauk Hwy & Railroad Ave)
Each vendor space will measure 10' by 10'. Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Registration fee is $50 per vendor space. Food vendor truck fee is $100. Upon approval of the application this fee becomes non-refundable. Set-up time is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. and all vendors must be completely set up prior to the fair opening at 10:00 AM. This is a rain or shine outdoor event. Refunds will not be given to no-shows or due to inclement weather.
If needed, standard 8ft x 30in tables will be available for rental from the church at an additional cost of $10 per table. Please include your table rental fee(s) along with your registration fee.
Prior to the fair, you will receive an approval confirmation slip along with your space number. All merchandise will be subject to the approval of the Church Fair Committee.
The Presbyterian Church of the Moriches shall not be held liable for any damage, theft or injury which might occur the day of the fair. The participant is solely responsible and liable for his property and person at all times. Entry into the fair constitutes an agreement that the participant and/or his representative will take no legal action against The Presbyterian Church of the Moriches.
Applications will not be considered valid unless they are signed, and accompanied by item description and the registration fee.
